Self-study
1. In your group of 3, choose one of the topics on p45 of your coursebook and write a paragraph. When you finish, send it to me at the email address I gave you last week. It's important that you work TOGETHER on the writing and send me ONE paragraph which all 3 of you have contributed to. In the email subject include your 3 names so I know who wrote it.
2. If you haven't looked at the paragraphing websites which I showed you in class on Wednesday, have a look now and go through the information, do the exercises.
3. If you want to practise more grammar (linking words/cohesion) you can go here and try some exercises.
4. If you have done all these things, you can work on your outline and paragraph. Remember what I said about formatting. You should send it to my email address in MS Word format. You should include your name in the Word document, line spacing should be 1.5, and you should have the Outline and Paragraph on a separate page. Remember, I don't want an introduction, just your Outline and ONE paragraph (from the main body).
